Amphenol FCI HVLock Connectors and Crimpers

Amphenol FCI HVLock connectors and crimpers deliver a compact, modular high-voltage solution engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern automotive applications. These devices, offered with multiple plating options, comply with USCAR-2 and USCAR-37 standards for durability and safety. The HVLock connectors feature a maximum current rating of 3A and a voltage rating up to 1200VDC. These connectors come with an insulation resistance of up to 100MΩ and a clearance impulse voltage of 4000V. The HVLock crimping tools encompass a 4.50mm pitch and support wire sizes from 22AWG to 20AWG. Typical applications include Battery Management Systems (BMS), On-Board Chargers (OBC), and Micro Controller Systems (MCU).
