Amphenol Commercial Lockable USB (LUSB) Connectors are designed for harsh environments and feature a unique locking mechanism where the latch has to be raised to remove the plug. These connectors are available in USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 connector interfaces and ensure secure data transmission. The LUSB connectors are easy to install and remove and have a durability of 1500 mating cycles. Typical applications include lottery terminals, GPS, medical equipment, vending machines, and radios.
