A hamburger and fries are probably my favorite combo, but my second favorite is Amphenol Advanced Sensors Thermometrics Pressure and Temperature combination sensor. It doesn’t taste as good, but it does provide robust sensing for automotive, heavy equipment, agricultural, and generator set applications, amongst many others. Honestly, this sensor can go into most any fluid or gas media application where simultaneous pressure and temperature outputs are desired.

The combination sensor pairs an NTC thermistor with a MEMS-based absolute pressure sensor to provide reliable and accurate measurements. The temperature sensor can operate from -40°C to +135°C, while the pressure sensor is offered with multiple pressure ranges to optimize the sensor’s performance to the target application. They feature a stainless steel or machined brass housing and an ISO standard sealed mating port for protection in harsh environments. They also have robust protection against potentially damaging voltages and currents plus an internal failure management system to monitor for proper operation.
