3M Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pads

3M Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pads are engineered to provide high levels of conductivity that make them appropriate for a wide range of uses that help speed device assembly and extend component life. These have good conformability and is UL94 V-0 listed. These interface pads offer good electrical insulation properties and good wetting performance for better thermal conductivity. Typical applications of thermally conductive acrylic interface pads include gap filling in electronic devices and heat transfer between PCB and heat sink.
