3M Mini Camera Link SDR Connectors and Cable Assemblies

3M Mini Camera Link Shrunk Delta Ribbon (SDR) Connectors and Cable Assemblies designed with RoHS compliance that features 0.8mm high-density contact pitch and 0.5mm low profile height. These SDR connectors utilize the same reliable ribbon contact system and polarized steel shell interface in a condensed 0.8mm package without sacrificing transmission performance. The SDR connector’s innovative packaging design allows for drop-in replacement of existing MDR Camera Link applications. These shrunk delta ribbon connectors are complete with jack socket hardware, polarized, and metal EMI/ESD interface.

The 3M Shrunk Delta Ribbon (SDR) Cable Assemblies are constructed of a rugged, over-mold shell with a reliable thumbscrew locking system. These assemblies address the multitude of options now available with the introduction of a mini Camera Link (mini CL). The SDR cable assemblies feature an over-mold, right-angle configuration that provides a low profile and thumbscrew interface. The right-angle option reduces the assembly profile by over four inches when compared to traditional straight exit backshell options. These assemblies also come with an extender assembly that is used for adding length to the existing cables or providing a means for transition through a bulkhead/mid-span requirement. The extender cables feature over-mold MDR receptacles.
