3M 3319 Series High Flex Life Cables
3M 3319 Series High Flex Life Cables are flat, foldable ribbon cables designed for repeated dynamic movement. These devices feature high-strength copper alloy stranded conductors to endure frequent bending. The cables have been tested for over 100 million flex cycles on a 1¾" diameter mandrel. Typically, the 3319 cables use 28AWG conductors on a 0.050" pitch in configurations with up to 64 conductors, rated for 300V, with an operating temperature range from -20°C to +105°C. The 3319 series is suitable for robotics, automated machinery, test equipment, and other systems that require continuous flexing.
