3M 2500 Series Four-Wall Headers
3M 2500 Series Four-Wall Headers offer a 0.100" x 0.100" pitch for space-constrained board-to-board connections. These headers include four vertical alignment walls and center-slot polarization for keyed mating with IDC sockets. The 2500 series supports straight, right-angle through-hole, and surface-mount styles to fit various PCB layouts. These devices are constructed with High-Temperature Polyester (PCT) housing material, suitable for lead-free soldering processes, and feature gold-plated copper alloy contacts with a current rating of 1.75A. The 2500 series headers are used in automation, telecom, test, and measurement equipment.
