Designed with a short switching time, typically 20ns, and a DIL plastic package with ambient light protection, this product qualification is based on the guidelines of AEC-Q101-REV-C, Stress Test Qualification for Automotive Grade Discrete Semiconductors. Designed for a wide range of applications, these devices can be used in situations where systems and equipment need to detect ambient light conditions, movement, or presence of an object when paired with a 950nm infrared source.
