These components are targeted for illumination and indication in front panel applications for medical equipment, networking equipment and industrial instrumentation.
Kingbright introduces an expanded bi-color, right-angle mount LED offering in industry standard packages. The hyper red source color devices are made with AlGaInP on a GaAs substrate light emitting diode, while the green source color devices are made with InGaN on a sapphire light emitting diode. Designed with multiple intensity levels for a variety of illumination or backlighting applications, their key features include low power consumption and high efficiency performance. They are compatible with all automated SMD assembly and solder processes.
