Fort Worth, Texas – March 3, 2022 – TTI, Inc., a leading specialty distributor of electronic components, is now stocking the SFH690BT family of optocouplers from Vishay. These devices are targeted to meet the isolation requirements of various networking and telecommunications applications.

Vishay’s SFH690BT family has a GaAs infrared emitting diode, which is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector and is incorporated in a 4-pin, 100 mil lead pitch mini-flat package. It features a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance and high isolation voltage. The coupling devices are designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits and for signal and noise isolation in high voltage applications. The SFH690 Series is only available in 2,000-piece tape and reel packaging.
