OSRAM Opto Semiconductors KRTB QDLP61 Micro SIDELED® 3806 LEDs are side-emitting RGB devices in an SMT package that feature InGaN on Sapphire chip technology, 5kV electrostatic discharge (ESD), 120° typical radiation and class 1B corrosion robustness. These devices offer a wavelength of 625nm (red), 520nm (green) and 470nm (blue) and are designed to provide a luminous intensity of 700mcd (red), 1400mcd (green) and 350mcd (blue). The low-package height of these LEDs makes them ideal for limited space environments and perfect for coupling into light guides. Typical applications include smart homes, electronic equipment, metering, gaming, gambling and white goods, providing design engineers flexibility in layout density and total illumination performance.
