Fort Worth, Texas – July 13, 2022 – TTI, Inc., a leading specialty distributor of electronic components, is stocking KYOCERA AVX (AVX) 0612/0508/0306 LICCs (Low Inductance Chip Capacitors), also known as MLCC reverse termination. The reverse termination allows for a smaller current loop, that results in a lower ESL (equivalent series inductance). The reduction in ESL varies by EIA size, however, ESL is typically reduced by 60 percent or more with the AVX LICC, versus a standard MLCC. The AVX LICC product is available with a lead-free finish of plated nickel over tin.
These capacitors are available in three case sizes: 0612, 0508 and 0306, with voltages of 4V to 50V. The Low Inductance Chip Capacitor can be utilized in applications such as smartphones, wearable devices, IC packages and PCs.
