ROHM’s RPT-34PB3F family of infrared detectors are uniquely suited for specialty sensing of target presence or motion in limited spacing applications. These devices have a highly efficient sensor die for maximum IR sensitivity in low-voltage and battery-powered products and a built-in, 15-degree emission half-angle. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C for industrial environment operation, they are well-suited for infrared safety curtain, position and security camera applications.
