NTC (negative temperature coefficient) Thermistors are thermally sensitive semiconductor resistors that decrease in resistance as temperatures increase. The B57364 Series is available with resistance as low as 1 ohm and up to 120 ohms. Applications include switch-mode power supplies and soft-start motors. These radial-leaded devices are available in a 21mm disc size. TDK/EPCOS thermistors are highly stable and have a UL 94 V-0 flame retardant coating.
