ROHM’s SIM-20ST family of infrared emitters are uniquely suited for specialty sensing of target presence or motion in limited spacing applications. They include highly efficient 950nm LED die for maximum IR power in low voltage and battery powered products and are built in a 15-degree emission half-angle. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +85°C for industrial product operation.
