ROHM’s SIR563ST3F family of Infrared Emitters is uniquely suited for specialty sensing of target presence or motion in limited spacing applications, featuring highly efficient LED die for maximum IR power in low voltage and battery powered products. Emitting in the 940nm spectrum for optimal silicon sensor detection, these devices are built in a 15-degree emission half-angle and offer an operating temperature range from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius for industrial product operation.
