With its construction of a robust and proprietary C0G/NP0 base metal electrode, it is able to withstand the demands of the harsh industrial environments such as down-hole oil exploration and automotive/avionics engine compartment circuitry.
The Yageo-KEMET 200°C C0G MLCC is temperature compensating, offering extremely low ESR and ESL. Other features include no piezoelectric noise and high ripple current capability. The C0G MLCC is available in EIA case sizes of 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1220, 1812 and 2220 with a voltage range of 10V to 200V and capacitance range of .5pF up to .47uF, depending on case size and tolerance. Standard termination is 100 percent pure matte, tin-plated finish, allowing for excellent solderability. Gold (Au), tin/lead (Sn/Pb) and 100 percent pure matte tin (Sn) terminations are also available.
