This automotive grade, surface mount MF-PSHT Series has an operating temperature range up to 125°C and is available in a low profile 0805 footprint. Bourns has developed its line of Multifuse Polymeric PTC (PPTC) Resettable Fuses to help meet the needs of automotive manufacturers and designers. Holding current ranges from 0.05A up to 0.50A with trip currents ranging from 0.25A up to 2.0A, the MF-PSHT Series is compliant with AEC-Q200 Rev-D Stress Test Qualification for passive components in automotive applications.
