The MZL series is rated for 5,000 hours at 105°C. It is available in a surface mount package with an option for a vibration-resistant version. Voltage of the MZL series ranges from 6.3V to 50V with capacitance ranging from 100µF to 1,500µF. An AECQ-200 version is also available.
