The PHE844 Series is a rated for 440VAC, 50/60 Hz (ENEC) and 480VAC, 50/60 Hz (UL,cUL) and up to 105°C. These KEMET film caps are self-healing and are constructed of metallized polypropylene film encapsulated with self-extinguishing resin in a box of material that meets the requirements of UL 94 V–0.
For use as an electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression filter in across-the-line applications that require X1 safety classification, the PHE844 is available in capacitance ranging from 0.1 μF – 2.2μF. Available lead spacing ranges from 22.5mm to 37.5mm with capacitance tolerances of plus/minus 20% and 10%.
