Fort Worth, Texas – January 11, 2000 – TTI, Inc. announced that they have completed their acquisition of Mouser Electronics for an undisclosed amount. The company will keep its name and management team intact according to Paul Andrews.

In December, TTI announced that it would be purchasing Mouser, an online distributor of electronic components. Mouser company headquarters and distribution warehouse are located in Mansfield, Texas.

Mouser will become a subsidiary of TTI and the two companies will continue to operate as separately.
