Social Responsibility

Our culture has grown to embrace our responsibility to our planet and our fellow man — we simply call it The TTI Way.

Corporate Responsibility

Corporate responsibility has been a part of the TTI lexicon since the company's inception in 1971. Beginning with a mission statement pledging service to our employees, customers and supplier partners.

Veterans Hiring Initiative

TTI understands that hiring our military veterans is more than good corporate citizenship, veterans bring a wealth of knowledge, real world problem solving and their second to none work ethic to the TTI team. Since our founding as a distributor to manufacturers serving the military and aerospace industries, TTI has welcomed returning veterans and their spouses into the company with specific hiring programs and Refer-A-Vet program incentives.

Charitable Giving

People and Parts is the mantra of TTI's Human Resources department, reflecting the skills of our employees and the premier inventory that make up our stock in trade. TTI has long recognized that a major advantage we offer the market is the unmatched expertise our people bring to projects. We value the individual and ensure that TTI employees and our communities are treated with the highest respect and support.

Charitable Contributions

The list of charities that TTI and our employees support is long and diverse. We take the idea of Think Globally ‐ Act Locally to heart and encourage our offices, branches and warehouses around the world to support local causes, giving charitable contributions each year.

United Way

Our work with the United Way is a corporate priority stretching back to our earliest days. Acting as TTI's charitable clearinghouse, the United Way allows the Company and our employees to support community organizations across a broad spectrum from the arts and education, to supplying food, clothing, and shelter for the truly needy.

Susan G. Komen Foundation

Each October, TTI turns pink as our company and employees invest time and dollars to help in the fight against breast cancer. Each year this initiative provides critical funding and volunteer support efforts that help continue the work of this worthy cause.

American Red Cross

TTI not only works with our local American Red Cross chapters but provides support for disaster relief efforts around the globe. Whether is typhoon relief efforts for the Philippines, monsoons on the Indian subcontinent, or tornados in the American heartland, TTI employees are always there to support relief efforts.

The Salvation Army

Our employees also support the work of the Salvation Army in their efforts to feed, shelter, and clothe the hungry and homeless.

Food Banks

Hunger is an issue TTI fights on a local basis in our corporate hometown of Fort Worth, Texas by donating food and financial support to the Tarrant Area Food Bank to ensure stock is available to feed those in need.

Blood Drives

In conjunction with local blood banks, TTI sponsors blood donation drives and encourages our Specialists to join in the efforts to maintain supplies in our areas.

Toys for Tots

Each holiday season TTI joins with the United States Marine Corps in their efforts to ensure every child wakes on Christmas morning to find a toy under the tree. The TTI family donates boxes and boxes of new unwrapped toys to brighten the holidays for children who might otherwise not be able to experience the joy of Christmas.

Habitat for Humanity

In the spirit of TTI's Think Globally ‐ Act Locally initiative, we support the Trinity Habitat for Humanity program that revitalizes neighborhoods and builds stronger communities. TTI also participates in Habitat for Humanity's annual Cowtown Brushup; an event where volunteers restore local homes in need of repainting.

Wounded Warrior Project

TTI believes in getting America’s injured veterans the support they need to be empowered, employed, and engaged in their communities. Every year TTI raises funds and donates to the Wounded Warrior Project in an effort to transform the lives of our nation’s heroes.

Education Outreach

The value TTI places on education cannot be overstated. The engineers, supply chain experts and product managers at the company are among the industry's most exceptional, due in no small part to TTI's ongoing corporate product education programs. This value is reiterated by TTI supported programs at the collegiate and secondary education levels to help ground future generations in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
