College Graduate Training Program
We pride ourselves in developing a “Best in Class” program that is specifically designed for graduates to ensure you are set up for long-term success at TTI. Prior to being selected for this elite program, you will apply and interview directly for a specific role/department within TTI. If the job opportunity and location is a fit for you then an offer will be extended to welcome you to the TTI Family.
As you start in the program, you will be provided with an in-depth and interactive classroom training followed by meaningful job rotations within critical business segments to gain a well-rounded understanding of TTI’s business operations. This training program combines institutional familiarization and specialty immersion to get you ready for your new career.
- You will take part in a 4–5-month training and orientation program at TTI’s corporate headquarters located in Fort Worth, Texas.
- Additionally, you will be provided a relocation bonus to assist with the temporary move to Fort Worth, TX during training and a robust supplemental living allowance to help pay for housing and other living expenses while you train – that’s right, we’ll help you pay the rent while you kick-start your new career.
Once your training program is completed, you will transition into the role and business segment designated. This is where you will begin a fruitful journey with TTI with ongoing training, learning and development programs to ensure your ongoing professional development. If you are dispersing to a TTI location outside of Fort Worth, TX, TTI will provide you with an additional relocation bonus and the necessary resources needed for a seamless transition.
Paid Internship Program
TTI’s paid internship program allows students the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, apply academic concepts in real world settings while experiencing the dynamic TTI culture and work environment.
An internship is an exciting time to learn more about the world of work within our high-tech industry, and your chosen area of study. Our desire is that you have a highly rewarding internship experience and progress to our top-notch college graduate training program after you graduate.
