Toshiba Brushless DC Motor Drivers
Toshiba Brushless DC Motor Drivers offers flexible controllers with gate drivers, turn-key fully integrated drivers for 3-phase or 1-phase brushless DC motor applications, and high-performance brushless controllers. These solutions are for either sensor-based motors with high-performance sinewave drive or sensorless motors with basic square wave drive. These brushless DC motor drivers can control applications from 4.5V to 600V, and up to 4A are covered by fully integrated drivers. Typical applications include HVAC systems, industrial, and medical devices.
