TE Connectivity Side Entry Tinel-Lock Rings are heat-recoverable metal braid terminators designed for efficient harness over braid and cable screen terminations. The side entry tinel-lock rings allow the joining of a gross cable or harness shield to a connector backshell or termination device without prepositioning, facilitating easy removal. These tinel-lock rings support maximum DC resistance of 1mΩ and operate within a temperature range from -65˚C to +200˚C. Typical applications include cable screen termination, harness overbraid termination, harness repair, and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO).
