TDK Ultra-Slim TVS Diodes
TDK Slim-Line Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed to protect voltage sensitive components from ESD. They are available as general purpose TVS diodes and ultra-low clamp and cap TVS diodes.
Due to their ultra-slim package, the Slim-Line TVS Diodes are ideal for smartphones, true wireless earbuds, smartwatches, and many other wearable applications with tight space requirements. The clamping voltage and excellent low leakage as well as short response time provide an outstanding ESD protection, which greatly exceeds standard requirements.
