TDK DEA Series RF filters are designed using Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) technology to create resonance frequencies that allow certain frequency ranges to pass while attenuating unwanted ranges. These filters include high and low pass filters, as well as band pass filters, with frequencies ranging from 5MHz to 5.95GHz. The DEA RF filters are utilized in a wide range of wireless communication products, including WLAN, BT, cellular, GPS, Zigbee, and WiMAX. The filters are available in case sizes ranging from EIA 0202 to EIA 1008, with termination types including STD or LGA, and operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C.
