Tputty 607MF is a silicone-based, 1-part, dispensable thermal gap filler material that can help improve productivity in assembly because it features a dispensing flow rate of 105g per minute. It’s soft and compliant with good tackiness, so it easily fills large and uneven gaps to ensure consistent thermal conduction and help eliminate hot spots. Thermal conductivity is 6.2W/m·K to deliver efficient cooling. It’s rated for -40°C to +200°C operation and carries a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It’s offered in a 30cc syringe, 75cc to 600cc cartridges, and 1 or 5 gallon pails for use in different assembly processes and equipment. Its high flow, high thermal conductivity, and high reliability make it suitable for telecom base stations, GPUs, processors, high-power automotive ECUs, and more.
