These capacitors provide a wide capacitance range and operate effectively at frequencies up to 100GHz. The design includes wire bondable options with 100µ” gold and a nickel barrier layer for enhanced connection reliability. These devices are available in capacitance range from 0.03pF to 10000pF and voltage range from 25V to 100V. The Di-Cap single-layer capacitors are suitable for applications like DC blocking, RF bypassing, filtering, tuning, and coupling.
