KEMET High Reliability Alternative MLCCs
KEMET High Reliability Alternative (HRA) Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are designed and tested for high reliability, offering capacitance values beyond traditional Mil-Spec products. These capacitors are lead-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant and use patented BME technology. The HRA MLCCs operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and offer a capacitance range from 39pF to 22μF. These devices feature capacitance tolerance of ±5%, ±10%, and ±20% and a DC voltage rating of 4V, 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, and 100V. Typical applications include decoupling, bypass, filtering, and transient voltage suppression.
