IXYS IXD Series Gate Drivers are automotive-grade, high-speed gate drivers designed for sourcing and sinking. These drivers feature rise and fall times under 45ns and are rated for input and output voltages up to 35V. The IXD gate drivers are configured in non-inverting, inverting, or non-inverting with enable options for flexibility in design. These devices support an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, has low propagation delay, and consumes minimal supply current.
