ERNI SMC 1.27mm Connectors
ERNI SMC 1.27mm Pitch Connectors are high-performance, compact, secure, and reliable connectors, with high signal integrity and a relatively high current-carrying capacity of up to 1.7A/contact. The SMC connectors design includes double-sided spring contacts for top-rate contact properties and maximum contact reliability, a high-temperature resistant insulator with polarization and insertion chamfers, and very high mating reliability. The SMC 1.27mm feature locating geometrically heterogeneous pegs for precise positioning on the circuit board that ensures the best possible compensation of PCB holes for both positive and negative tolerances. These 1.27mm pitch connectors come with a data rate of up to 3Gbps and are available in vertical male, right angle male, vertical female, right angle female, Board-to-Board adapter, Board-on IDC, and cable assembly variants. These SMC connectors are ideally used in automation, industrial robots, switches, or PLC controls.
The SMC 1.27mm Cable Assemblies come with IDC female connectors available in standard, high-temperature, and halogen-free variants. These SMC cables operate at a temperature range from -60°C to +125°C with ribbon cable 30AWG / 7AWG.
