KYOCERA AVX CKR MIL-PRF-39014 Radial Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are highly reliable devices manufactured as per QPL MIL-PRF-39014 standards. These ceramic capacitors are periodically tested at regular intervals to ensure each failure rate designation. The CKR radial ceramic capacitors can operate within the temperature range from -55°C to +125°C with voltage rating options of 50V, 100V, and 200V. These ceramic capacitors are subjected to 100% performance testing to make them ideal for use in a wide variety of aerospace and defense-based applications.
