Amphenol Aerospace Oval Contact System
Amphenol Aerospace Oval Contact System (OCS) offers a data rate of 10Gbps per pair and is available in a variety of arrangements. These contact system features the MIL-DTL-38999 III interconnect device and complies with its environmental standards. The OCS series features an operating temperature range from -65°C to +175°C and a durability of 500 mating cycles. These devices come with a dielectric withstand voltage of 500V ACrms and a maximum current rating of outer contacts as 3A. Typical high-speed applications include 10G Base T, HDMI, Fiber Channel (AI), 40G Base-T, and SATA 2.0/3.0.
