Abracon VCXOs are necessary in discrete phase locked loop (PLL) systems requiring low phase noise or jitter. VCXOs in a variety of package options are available.
Ultra Low Phase Noise
VCXOs with low phase noise are necessary for RF applications targeting precision and high data rates. Abracon's Ultra-Low Phase Noise ABLNO solution achieves -120dBc/Hz at 100Hz offset frequency with 100MHz carrier.

Ultra Low Jitter
Abracon is a leader in low jitter VCXOs required for high speed communications at serial data rates of 25Gbps, 32Gbps, 56Gbps and 100Gbps. Best performing is the ABLJO with 62fsec phase jitter at 156.25MHz carrier.

Standard SMD
Through-hole VCXOs are available at frequencies between 1MHz and 800MHz with CMOS or differential output logic type. VCXOs are commonly used in clean-up PLL applications where discrete PLLs are used to multiply and reduce noise on clock signals.
