3M 8810 Adhesive Transfer Tapes
3M 8810 Adhesive Transfer Tapes provide a thermally conductive bonding solution that creates an efficient heat-transfer path between heat-generating components and cooling devices. These tapes offer good thermal transfer, improved surface wet-out for rough and low-surface-energy substrates, and a halogen free construction. The 8810 tapes feature a thickness of 0.25mm and a thermal conductivity 0.60W/m-K. These tapes provide a specific gravity of 1.07g/cc and a thermal impedance of 5.8°Ccm²/W.
