EATON ACE Series Automotive CAN-Ethernet Bus Inductors

EATON ACE Series Automotive CAN-Ethernet Bus Inductors support Controller Area Network (CAN) and ethernet protocols. The series provides excellent filtering with low parasitic capacitance to minimize noise intrusion in data lines on vehicle connectivity modules. The inductors feature an inductance range of 11μH to 200μH and impedances from 90Ω to 15,000Ω. The series is available in 2012, 3225, and 4532 industry case sizes. Eaton Automotive CAN-Ethernet (ACE) Bus Inductors are AEC-Q200 compliant and feature rugged mechanical and electrical performance in a wide range of temperatures.

If noise makes it so you “just can’t” with your CAN bus, then you need Eaton’s ACE automotive CAN-Ethernet bus inductors! Eaton’s ACE bus inductors are available from 11 to 200 microhenries in multiple standard footprints including 0805, 1210, and 1812. With a low parasitic capacitance and high filtering capability, these inductors are able to handle currents as high as 400 milliamps, voltages as high as 80 volts, and have impedances ranging from 90 ohms to 15,000 ohms. They’re compliant to both AEC-Q200 and OPEN Alliance 2.0 standards, making them ideal for automotive applications, and their SMD design makes them incredibly small to  save valuable PCB real estate. The common mode design incorporates two inductors with four connections making it easy to integrate into transmission lines commonly found in data communication lines.
