Cornell Dubilier DSF Series Supercapacitors

Cornell Dubilier DSF Series Supercapacitors offer higher voltage, greater power density, extremely low self-discharge rate, low ESR, and ultra-fast charging. These supercapacitors come with 17 different value or voltage combinations, ranging in capacitance from 1.5F to 600F, with voltage ratings of 3Vdc and 6Vdc. The DSF series supercapacitors are RoHS compliant with a shelf-life of 1000 hours with no voltage applied at 65°C. These DSF supercapacitors can operate within the temperature range from -40°C to +85°C with a high energy density of 24% more than 2.7V. Cornell Dubilier DSF series supercapacitors with a lifetime of more than 1000 hours can be used in solar/wind energy storage, energy harvesting, pulse power, UPS systems, and smart electric meters.
