OSRAM Opto Semiconductors’ KRTB AILMS1 Micro SIDELED® 3806 LED is a side emitting RGB device in an SMT package. This LED features InGaN on Sapphire chip technology, 5kV electro static discharge (ESD), 120° typical radiation and class 1B corrosion robustness. The KRTB AILMS1 Micro SIDELED® 3806 LED offers a wavelength of 625nm (red), 520nm (green) and 470nm (blue). This LED is designed to provide a luminous intensity of 690mcd (red), 1749mcd (green), and 488mcd (blue). The low-package height of the device makes it ideal for limited space environments and perfect for coupling into light guides. Typical applications include smart homes, smartphones, tablets, electronic equipment, metering, gaming, gambling and white goods, providing design engineers flexibility in layout density and total illumination performance.
