ROHM’s RPR-220 family of infrared sensors are uniquely suited for specialty sensing of target presence or motion in limited spacing applications. Featuring highly efficient LED die for maximum IR power in low-voltage and battery powered products as well as a built-in ambient light filter for minimal light interference, these sensors have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C for industrial product applications.
