Apologies for the lack of updates recently. About 7 weeks ago, I ran a 50k trail race with over 4,000 ft of elevation gain (and then descending all the way back down). Although tired at the end, my legs felt fine beyond the normal soreness I would have expected. A few days later, one of my knees was back to normal feeling but the other remained sore – and remained sore – and remained sore – going on for weeks….
